To pay online:

2. Login using the link in the upper right hand
corner.
3. Click the red Pay online button on the front
page
4. Click the red Let's go! button.
5. Fill out the form and click the yellow Review
Order and Continue button.
6. Click the button to Confirm the order and you're
done!
