Lastly, because I’m a “junkie” when it comes reading books about business & marketing … I just finished a really good one called “Take Their Breath Away … How Imaginative Service Creates Devoted Customers” by Chip Bell & John Patterson.  I would highly recommend reading it and passing it along to your colleagues.  It’s around $20 on Amazon.com.
